The Jaguars are pleased to afford you the opportunity to express your views about the Jaguars and football in general within these forums. Your participation in the forums is governed by the rules set forth on this page. Please take a minute to review these rules. Although users are allowed to pick their usernames, unsuitable usernames will be rejected by board administrators and they will immediately delete your account. Impersonating other posters or other individuals will result in the termination of your account.

What does this Copyright section mean in plain English?
We want to be sure all posters respect the copyrights of third parties. We are also safeguarding ourselves against people who want to sue the Jaguars when a poster copies/pastes copyright protected material on the Jaguars.com web site or message board. We do this by requiring the poster to grant us the right to use the material, and guaranty to us that he has the right to grant such rights and is not using materials owned or copyrighted by someone else. Jaguars.com does not own anything a poster posts on the message boards, and therefore does not claim to own what a poster posts on one of the message boards.
Board Policy on Warnings, Suspensions and Banishment
A member who breaks the rules outlined above may receive a warning from board moderators or administrators. If a member believes their warning was unjustified, they may appeal their warning to the administration team.
After five warnings a member will be suspended indefinitely.
Every six months that a member has not received a new warning, they will have their warning level decreased by one.
At the time that a suspended member's warning level is decreased from five (100%) to four (80%), suspended members may appeal their suspension. Board administrators will review the suspension, basing their decision on many factors including the member's history and the severity of the member's warned offenses. Reinstatement of members is at the sole discretion of board administrators and any decisions are final

Exceptions to the above:
1. If you have been previously banned and have returned under a different username you will be permanently banned without warning.
2. Posting of any pornographic material is grounds for an immediate permanent ban.
Moderators
The moderators on this forum are volunteers and therefore cannot be expected to be online 24 hours a day. If you feel a post is offensive and/or violates this COC, please report it to the moderators by using the report button or by sending a PM to the moderators. One of the moderators will then resolve the issue as soon as possible.
