Just wanted to say Congrats to Jerry Porter. Many have doubted you but I'm glad we got to get a little taste of exactly what you could do. Good luck!

He needs more balls thrown his way. Garrad is starting to lock on Jones a little too much.

What about the drop?

Garrard throws in front of him and it's a TD. There was no pressure and he had the CB beat by 5 yds, yet he still underthrew the ball.

Yeah, Porter was Wide open on that one play, If David puts that ball downfield with some more air under it, its an easy TD for Porter and everyone on here would be talking about getting Porter the ball more...

Porter can't get catches when Garrard is locking in on Matt every play....

He still dropped it. Any more excuses?

What was Garrard's excuse for the poor throw?

Porter had his hands on the ball. He should have caught it.

Jerry Porter. All bust, no balls.

It's hard to throw an accurate pass when your face is in the dirt all day.

So Porter makes one catch and all is forgiven? He still dropped yet another ball that hit him in the hands. Sure it was underthrown but there is no reason a NFL receiver should not come down with that ball. I also love the play calling with the game on the line. Quick slant to a guy who has more drops than catches so far this year. Brilliant!

Too bad the corner read Garrard's eyes and knew where the ball was going. You know that's why he got there before the ball.

So it was a good play to run? With a QB that can run, MJD and Greg Jones in the backfield, a 6 6 receiver who has been catching everything this year, and we throw a quick slant to a guy with more drops than catches. I just think it's funny the man makes one catch and suddenly he is Jerry Rice when the board wanted his head for 8 weeks prior. I need a little more than one nice catch to give a crap about Porter.
