What a horrible way to end the season. Horrible. For a moment, I thought I was watching a replay of a pre-season game, except that the Ravens were actually giving an effort. How is it that an dysfunctional Oakland Raiders team with an interim head coach can travel all the way across country and play spoiler by beating a Buccaneers team that was fighting for its playoff life, while we go to Baltimore in the same spoiler role, and we roll over like little kitty cats? Once upon a time, the Ravens were our hated rivals; this is really a referendum on the character of this team, IMO. What's going to stop this team from performing the same disappearing act next year if/when things start going south? At least the Jets went down fighting. A team is a reflection of it's head coach, and right now, the mirror is pretty dirty down at 1 Stadium Place. Here's hoping we find some Windex in the offseason.
