This one will not be pretty. The defense will be facing a short field all day and the saints will score on a short field.

I am thinking 38-14 saints
I am taking the wait and see approach to the new direction of this team

Saints 28 Jaguars 13

We can hardly beat anyone with our terrible offensive philosophy.

23 - 17 Jaguars
I turned in 95 from a Skin to a Jag and Im sick of the Roger Goodell / family fun zone junk.

I'm not expecting a Jaguar win on this one, and do expect it to get ugly. I however won't be supprised if they play better then we expect and somehow pull a miricle win. Stranger things have happend.

I expect a nice Win streak to start with Cinncy, this week we will still be working out the kinks of our Rookie QB starting.

Let's see...We get the ball first on our 20, followed by a 10 yard holding, followed by an offsides, followed by a Safety.

Defense holds Saints to 3 points on the first drive.

Offense puts together some decent plays and Scobee kicks a field goal.

JDR decides to start killing the clock only being down by 2.

Final score...52-3 Saints
Always draft for NEED...and we NEED the Best Available Players!

I predict I will have Devry Henderson and Robert Mechem starting im my fantasy league.

On the plus side though if/when we fall behind early they will have to throw the ball and we get to see what Gabbert can do.

My score if things go perfect 26-24 Jags (Mojo goes off, D causes Ints/Fumbles,Receivers step up,Blaine is sharp, special teams is good)
My score if things go decent 38-28 Saints (Few foolish penalties, Mojo slowed down forcing Gabbert to force the issue, a turnover or two on the day)
My score if things go bad 55-7 Saints (Secondary is lost, penalties all over, Brees with 20 mins in the pocket every play, Offense was drawn up in the dirt pregame)

Saints 48 Jaguars 6

There's NO way you can run an offense like the Jaguars and expect to compete in the NFL; particularly when playing against the ELITE NFL teams.

I really feel bad for you Jaguar fans. I was relocated to Jacksonville by my company and the first thing I did was buy season tickets. And, thus far I have been speechless as to the offensive mindset of this coaching staff. There was a time in the NFL that an exceptional defense and a "game-managing" QB could win a Superbowl, but that was years ago.

I keep hearing about the weather playing a factor in the "overuse" of the running game - but, if I'm not mistaken the Panthers played on the same field and they too, had a rookie QB (they also mixed in pass plays).

That's what I like to hear. It was my first game ever yesterday and it was awesome. Way better than sitting at home watching on TV. I can't wait to one day attend a game in J-Ville.

The whole world...while even our own Fan base, is going to pick and go against us and I don't mind.

For my Homer prediction:

I would say....hmmmmmmm......30-21 Jags. D holds enough. Offense moves the ball

The ugly? I would say the Saints 24 The Jags 9. yes the D played their hearts out but of course, the offense isn't there

and well...if we can't stop the Saints from scoring, Saints 41 Jags 24 Garbage TD in the end

Jacksonville will either lose 30-3 or 17-16

The second scenario, Del Rio will get a 6 point lead and try to sit on it and kill the clock. The Saints will turn it on and throw a TD with a minute or so left.

:ninja: Don't be fooled. The Jaguars have a really statistically solid defense. If the Saints play poorly, and our receivers make a few plays down the field, we could win this thing 22-20

That would be 5 FG's and 1 TD
