Painfully slow day at work, so I've been checking out opponents message boards. Came across this thread on the Saints forum.
I predict a horrible BLOWOUT Friday night....

Quote

Too many factors are tilted towards the Saints:
1. First home game this preseason (dome will be LOUD)!

2. Spagnuola's defense will be swarming the ball, busting the O-line, and getting after the QB. I see about 3+ intentional grounding calls vs. Jags, and 5+ actual sacks in the game.

3. Secondary will get 2+ picks in the first half.

4. Jags running game will get <50 yds. rushing in the 1st half; it's possible they may finish the half with NEGATIVE rushing yards.

5. 45-9 in a laugher.

I'm not bragging, boasting or anything of the sort. The Jags are a demoralized team, and they may not be able to deal with the atmosphere in the Dome. And the Black & Gold will fired-up beyond measure.

The only downsize to this is that the Saints seem to have a big letdown after a blowout. We'll see...

homer fans with a computer, nothing more. Now he's probably sitting around hoping nobody reads his post because that is the laugher.

I also read further down and it seems to be universal knowledge that the Jaguars are a "dejected team". HAHAHA joke is on them.

The Saints forum writer needs to take his crystal ball back to where he bought it...it does not work well.

The only thing I liked about that thread is one saints fan with a half brain commenting on how good our defence is and calling poz an I quote 'sick nasty'...At least one Saints fan clearly knows what he's talking about when he comments on other teams.

They talk about their defenders making Gabbert 'crap his pants'

I'm guessing they expect the Saints Defense to stick with the Bounty System.
I regenerated from Sylar.

I think our 2s, 3s, and 4s could probably hang with their starters "

I hope all of our opponents think they're gonna have a cake walk coming into game day.
