This one is... ugh... what to say about this one. It's gonna be bad..

The positives: It's an away game. And we could possibly have Dwight Lowery back. That's all I got.

The negatives: It's the Texans. We've had a history of losing to the Texans when they were bad. We haven't fared much better since they became good. Our last meeting with them doesn't exactly give me anything to feel all warm and fuzzy about either.

Same old same old. Texans on a roll. Jags on a roll downhill.

Jags - 9
Texans - 34

I dont see us having 3 good enough drives to make it into field goal range.....we're usually guaranteed 1 so i'll say we'll go down 30-3....Line gives up about 5 sacks and depending on how long it takes for them to separate from us, Gabbert probably wont make it through the game

Texans will be in prevent/victory formation before the 4th. Look for them to pull several starters too

Texans: 34
Jags: 13

Texans D dominate the Jags O throughout the game, then give up garbage time TD when the game is out of reach.

Being an away game is not a positive. We have only won one away game and got some help from the Colts.

I am a realist and do expect to lose by a lot but I will never forget the time when most of us said we will be blown out by the Colts and won a shootout at the last second. Obviously there is a very slim chance but "any given Sunday" applies to all 32 teams.

BTW I predict a first half field goal and garbage time touchdown to avoid a shutout.

Score predictions? Must we wallow in our gloriously untalented misery?

Unless the defense scores 14 of those, I don't see how that's possible.

Somewhere in a dark horribly scary place JJ Watt is suiting up. I can imagine the movie style mashup where they show him putting on one piece of armor at a time ala Batman movies. What place is that you say? Gabbert's nightmares.

The game will start and so will the slaughter. Expect no less than 4 sacks (2 by Watt) and 2 Ints with alot of Qb hits.

Offense wise? ..................................................................................

In case you missed it that dotted line is our statline. Dont see much huh?

45-6 Texans.

My last prediction was almost accurate. I expect this one to be just as close.

Our pass defense is weak, our run defense got worse, the Texans is very good at both phases of the offense. JJ Watt will be feasting on Gabbert.

I don't think there is anything we do better than the Texans, actually.

This will be over quickly.

The only other thing that matters is if it is a blowout or not.

I'm thinking blow-out.

I wish we was win-less, as crazy as it may sound.

With our bend but don't break philosophy and our safety position 25 yards off the line of scrimage, we will hold down their scoring and punt alot. Another game of making sure our punter can be a probowl candidate.

Texans 27
Jaguars 3
