In Topic: Miami Game has Huge Implications

The week is so much more intriguing after a win like that. I miss it on a more regular basis. Hopefully we can keep the momentum. Miami has the tendency to show up big and then fade. Hopefully they come in on their high horse this week and get a reality check.

So you're saying let Miami score twenty points and then defeat them by a close field goal? I like it!

Jags made some great signings in the off season. Fix up the secondary and the defense will stay on top for years to come.

This isn't a big game on paper, but for a rising young team it is huge. Jags got their first win last Sunday. Does the victory streak carry on? Miami has a good team. This won't be an easy W.

I don't get all the hate with Gus. Put Tony Dungy in as HC and this team is still a little under .500. Caldwell has done an excellent job of finding talent. I suspect the O-line issue to be fixed next off season. I'm all for bringing in Todd Gurley. The players love Gus Bradley. They feed off his energy. You want to replace him with who Rex Ryan[joking]. I remember all the hate people gave Pete Carroll when he first started coaching SEA. Can't expect a coach to do too much with a so so talented roster. Jacksonville finally found a starting QB. Now they have to put the pawns, knights, and bishops into place.

Gene Smith and Jack Del Rio held this team back. They got a huge win over Pittsburgh in 07 and the team has done nothing since. It's going to take a few years, but the Jaguars are on the right track.

Jags will need to get constant pressure on Tannyhill early. If they let the Phins move the ball down the field game over.
