Thanks, JaxJag_1. As it turned out, Marcus McCauley was cut by the Lions yesterday. This after him being on the Inactive list the last 2 weeks. On the other hand, the less talented Kevin Hobbs was the team's nickel back vs. the Redskins. The risk/ reward with McCauley was favorable. It just didn't work out.
