    Ok. it did have 9g of Fat, but thats not too high. Will definitely try egg whites.

    Any good amount of protein that's easy to consume. Go for it. Just make sure it's not high in fat and sugars. Egg whites are good for you. Get rid of the yolks. Try that for breakfast a few times a week.

    What is your opinion of EAS Myoplex power bars? They have 25g of protein in 1 bar. I've been eating one after every workout.
